We deliver to PUDO lockers* all over S.A.!
We've got the following delivery policies:
R 750 and more - FREE to all major areas
R 10 000 and more - orders are subject to different shipping rules. Don't worry, we'll help you out, and if you want to enquire about shipping prices directly, shoot us a mail at support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za
*Some stuff is just TOO big to PUDO - we'll disable shipping on these and help you out after checkout with more shipping options. Making shopping easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
How our PUDO locker deliveries work
When you order, it's VERY IMPORTANT for you to make a note of your nearest PUDO locker on the order delivery instructions.
You can find your nearest PUDO locker's name by copy and pasting it from this link: https://pudo-map.onedayonly.co.za/
If you do not do this, we will choose your nearest PUDO locker based on proximity, and that can sometimes be an inconvenience to you.
Once we send the parcel, which we normally do within 1 to 2 business days if it is not an order item, it will take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to reach your nearest PUDO locker.
Once your parcel is deposited by Courier Guy into your chosen PUDO locker, you have 36 hours to retrieve the parcel before it is removed and taken to the nearest Courier Guy kiosk.
I didn't pick up my PUDO parcel in 36 hours! What now?
If you missed pick-up, your best bet would be to contact your nearest Courier Guy kiosk and ask them if your parcel is with them (you'll receive a waybill via WhatsApp from Courier Guy that you can use to enquire).
Unfortunately, it has happened that clients cannot be contacted by either us or Courier Guy to collect the parcel after multiple attempts. If this is the case, Courier Guy will send the parcel back to our nearest kiosk and we'll be forced to cancel the order from our side.
In this specific case, we will refund the client, excluding the price of delivery (whether it was free or not), and excluding a 15% admin fee on the remaining balance.
Please try your best to collect your PUDO parcel as quickly as possible, to avoid this unnecessary inconvenience.
Oopsies! I ordered the wrong thing. What now?
Been there, done that.
You have 14 days to return your product to us after you've received it.
Does your product qualify to return?
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be NEAT
- It must look and work like new - because it MUST STILL BE NEW and unused.
How to return your product:
- Send us a pic of the product and a reason for your return to support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za so that we can get you sorted ASAP
- We'll let you know if your return is approved (subject to the stuff above)
- You book the product in at your nearest PUDO locker, for delivery to our nearest PUDO locker (Shell Baobab - Rustenburg Rd, Kalk St, Krugersdorp, Gauteng). This will be at your own cost, think of this as the handling fee.
- Once we've received the product on our end, we'll process your return.
If it won't fit in a PUDO locker, we'll see what we can do from our side.
